Benevolent Lash Co. is all about loving the art you create, standing out and exceeding expectations.

Smooth sailing? I was far from it. Looking back, all the rough edges were chiseled in perfect timing. I aim to set a strong foundation for students, equipping them with in depth knowledge and styling skills that highlight them amongst the sea of lash artists.

How it Started

I was applying lash extension to my natural lashes in front of a mirror on my dining room table. Yes I did my own lashes! All because I was told “no” in 2017. Beauty caught my attention from a young age and it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with this craft. I was known as “the lash girl” in high school and happily agreed with this title. After completing several courses, a few years of lashing had already gone by.

The industry was growing fast and my next step was teaching though I was intimidated as I never felt ready. After diving into weekend training courses, I noticed something was missing—there was a gap in the support and skills of my students, as well as those trained elsewhere.

Even though the vision of starting a lash school had always been in the back of my mind, I hesitated because no one had ventured into that space before. Naturally, I questioned whether it was the right move. After placing 3rd in the Lash Star Paris 2024 International Lash Championship, my confidence soared. It became clear to me that a lash school was exactly what the industry needed—one that would elevate both students and educators to new possibilities.

Teaching and creating lashes has evolved into a powerful form of therapy and empowerment for me. Fueled by a deep commitment to my students’ success, I’m dedicated to lifelong learning. My passion shines through not only in my own work but in the growth and achievements of my students.

Why did I step away from the conventional weekend beginner courses? I grew tired of hearing client horror stories, witnessing the rise of under-skilled artists, and seeing a decline in the overall quality of lash work. The industry was flooded with unprepared lash artists, and I knew something had to change. Lash artistry is not easy. If it were, everyone would be doing it. That’s why those who are truly dedicated and passionate about their craft will see the immense value in a comprehensive lash school—and why it’s time for a positive shift in the industry.
